Seeing something new.
Fyodor Dostoevsky said, "There is no subject so old that something new cannot be said about it."

To which I humbly add, "There is one subject so new that there are infinite things to be said about him."

Meaning, Finn. Here he is, discovering something new in a hanging toy that he's never noticed. Every day is a new adventure. He sees everything through the new eyes of a growing appreciation and excitement. Tough as it is, that's what writers do. You see through new eyes. You hear through new ears. You never stop learning.
